Martin Willmor – Co-founder and CEO

Since graduating from university, Martin’s work life has been all about logistics. He has worked within global forwarding, international supply chain and warehousing and transportation in sectors such as Retail, Consumer, Automotive and Aviation. More recently, he was responsible for setting up and growing the Supply Chain Solutions division for DHL.

In addition to his duties as CEO, Martin also prides himself on beating anyone who dares challenge him to a game of pool in the office!

Matt Window – CFO

Before joining the DigiHaul team, Matt spent fifteen years in finance, commercial and business development leadership roles within DHL Supply Chain. He was instrumental in delivering numerous financial initiatives, risk-based pricing tools and commercial innovation.

Matt is a big rugby fan, and had hopes of a playing career with Northampton Saints before deciding that working for DigiHaul would be much more exciting!

Tim Parkin – CIO

Since starting his career as a graduate trainee for a FTSE 100 global distributor, Tim has worked in multiple operational and IT roles all centred on supply chain, developing a career passion for delivering complex change projects with an IT focus. He is motivated by bringing people together to understand a business problem, define a solution and get the right result for the customer – from incremental process improvements to large-scale delivery of new IT solutions.

Tim is always on hand to provide the cheesiest 'dad jokes' imaginable, or to dress up as Santa Claus for the annual Christmas Quiz at DigiHaul.

Nicola Tilson - Head of HR

Since finishing university and travelling the world, Nicola’s work life has involved a broad variety of roles that have ultimately led her to become the Head of HR for DigiHaul. She has worked in supply chain operations, project and programme management, talent and learning & development. Her most recent role before moving to DigiHaul was to manage the Driver attraction and retention strategy for DHL (which included setting up their Driver Training School, licence acquisition programme and Driver of the Year award).

Nicola takes the responsibility for caring for the wellbeing and development of our colleagues extremely seriously, but she will also be the first one on the dance floor at any social events we arrange!

Tristan Blackie - Business Development & Account Management Director

Tristan has spent the past 15 years in the logistics sector. Having worked across a number of industry verticals including fashion, retail and tech, Tristan has spent the past 10 years in the Aviation and Travel sector working in operations, account management and business development roles.

As the current Business Development and Account Director of DigiHaul, Tristan’s leads a team focusing on service, account development and growth in an exciting and disruptive brand. Away from the office, Tristan’s young family keep him occupied but with whatever free time he has left, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, live music, films and watching his beloved Man Utd.

“My primary objective is to establish a best in class account management function, positioning us as a strategic partner in the eyes of our customers. I am committed to generating new partnerships with companies that acknowledge the transformative impact DigiHaul can have across various areas of their operations.”
